UDB DB2 Database Administrator

We are currently seeking an experienced UDB DB2 Database Administrator who has a strong understanding of database structures and is proficient with database & SQL performance tuning. This is a 6 or more month contract that could result in a permanent opportunity for the right professional. This person will be responsible for: Database backup, recovery & Disaster Recovery Database support Managing database storage needs Administering database objects All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications: *Five years of DB2 UDB on AIX, DBA experience; Strong SQL Performance tuning skills * z/OS experience; Strong Communication Skills
