Location is Atlanta Ga. Duration is 6 months with the potential for full time status.

 Description: This position is for an individual contributor who will be responsible for a wide variety of functions supporting database marketing and list processing. This role will support multiple delivery channels or functional specialties as well as special projects as assigned by senior management. The primary focus of the position is contributing to the execution of a group strategy, leveraging in-depth knowledge of various database marketing functional specialties and best practices including gathering/analyzing/managing business requirements for various list processing programs, developing, managing and validating processes; coordinating, training and directing vendor support resources; developing and performing manual&electronic auditing of list processing programs&resulting data and ensuring accurate, compliant and timely execution of same.  You will primarily be writing/testing applications using SAS on the unix client server.  Qualifications:
B.S. or B.A. in Management Information Systems, Math/Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
4-8 years related experience
Strong SAS skills and nice to have some SQL
Excellent critical thinking skills
Expertise in relational database fundamentals.
Unix or mainframe processing platforms experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independantly
Ability to conceptualize complex business problems
Financial services industry experience preferred
