Unix Software Engineer

eStara is looking for an experienced Unix Software Engineer to join our development team  at it's Reston, VA headquarters.  eStara is a leading VoIP based ASP that has a huge technology base and customers all over the world. 

 

The successful candidate will work on improving and expanding eStara's existing products and be involved with the creation of new ones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or EE At least 3 years of experience in: Server and client side scripting in php, perl, javascript, html, css  Relational database design and SQL programming Experience with Unix/Linux server environment Extremely strong analytical skills Self motivated, with a high attention to detail

 

Desired Skills:C, C++, Java experience Flash, ActionScript experience Network programming experience Win32, VC++, WxWidgits experience JSP/Servlet experience XML experience Unicode experience VoIP experience, including RTP, SIP, NATs etc
