Position Summary:
This position is responsible for effective management, completion and closure of incoming web change requests for Financial Institution customers. The web account manager is responsible for analysis, research, assignment, tracking, completion and all associated customer communications in fulfillment of change requests for customers. This position provides consultative support to customers related to their websites, and the use of administrative tools such as file upload facility. This position frequently works with other departments (Web Admin, TS, CS, Sales) in the fulfillment of client change requests. This position is responsible for providing client relationship/account management for Web-Only customers. This includes proactive management of complex issues concerning web services products and handling of client escalations for problem resolution. This position requires project management skills, client management skills, strong web product knowledge and the ability to coordinate the efforts of others in order to accomplish tasks and achieve client satisfaction. Requires an understanding of the contract aspects of their clients and is responsible for managing the contract renewal process for Web-Only clients. This position requires a 4-year college degree in an appropriate field of study - graduate degree preferred, and a minimum of 2 years experience (or, an equivalent combination of education and experience). Typically reports to a Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Serves as the primary point of contact for a segment of DI hosted web customers. for analysis, research, assignment, tracking, completion and all associated customer communications in fulfillment of change requests for customers.
2) Provides consultative support to clients on web changes, potential improvements and use of administrative tools.
3) Works with other departments to ensure timely and effective completion of client change requests.
4) Provide support and guidance to internal maintenance resources (web developers, QA).
5) Provide account management to Web-Only DI customers (review contracts, identify sales opportunities, escalation management). Required ExperienceQualifications:

2) Work on interdepartmental teams to assess process and recommend improvements.
3) 4 year college degree in relevant field of study - graduate degree preferred, 2 years experience.
4) Strong client management skills along with familiarity with web design, development and related technologies. Ability to provide team leadership and mentoring. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively. Effective communicator with a strong attention to detail.
5) Good oral and written communication skills.
