Web Based Training/eLearning Developer

Job Description:  DDL OMNI Engineering, a rapidly growing DoD Engineering and Professional Services IT company, is seeking a full-time Web-Based Training/E-Learning Developer to work in its McLean, Virginia Office. Developer will update and develop web-based training products primarily supporting DoD contracts.  Developer will employ the latest web-based training methodology including compliance with the Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and Section 508 requirements.  Additionally, the developer will utilize a wide-range of web-based tools and technologies to create engaging media rich courseware.  The ideal candidate will possess expertise in instructional design, creative, and technical development process.  DDL OMNI offers a dynamic working environment as well as a comprehensive benefits program including a 401(k) plan with Co. Education Required:  BA or equivalent experience in Instructional Design and/or Graphic Arts preferred.

 

Skill Required:  The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, 3DStudio Max, Macromedia Studio 8, Macromedia Authorware 7, Macromedia Flash 8, Flash ActionScript 2.0, HTML 4.x, JavaScript, XML, SCORM 1.2 & SCORM 2004, Section 508, Wise Installation System, KnowledgeWorks LMS, and Macromedia Flash 8 Accessibility, and Adobe Audition.

 

This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
