Web Content Management Systems Engineer
Brief Description of Job Duties:
Provide pre-sales support to direct sales teams and partners, including OEM software sales.? Activities include development assistance, system configurations, application integration design, product technical support, technical aspects of proposals, product presentations and demonstrations, and system implementation guidance. Also, interacts with Engineering and Marketing groups to engage in go-to-market plans for field readiness activities such as assisting with transferring product knowledge and creation of new customized product demonstrations.

Skills Required:
This job requires recent experience with website or content management systems and includes a combination of customer facing pre-sales consulting skills along with web content management projects in support of sales teams. These projects may include demonstrations and proofs-of-concept as well as potential customer pilot systems.
?
Detailed knowledge of web technologies, business processes, business requirements gathering and analysis, current industry offerings and service, and technical understanding of software solutions; excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
?
Must have an exceptional knowledge of J2EE concepts and programming languages; and system architecture.? Also, the ability to install and configure operating systems databases, application servers and other related software on Windows and UNIX server platforms are critical.? Knowledge of Day Software implementation required.

The following web presentation development skills are required:
XML technologies including XSL, XSLT and XPath.
Web browser technologies including HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, and AJAX.
Web development tools including the use of products such as Macromedia Dreamweaver.
Graphic design skills including the use of various GIF and JPEG graphic editing tools.
