Web Developer/Team Lead

We have an immediate need for a Web Team Leader for a long term contract in the RTP area.  Must have HTML and Java Script experience. The position also requires the following:

Need 3-4 years of experience with some type of web background and knowledge of HTML (not coding, just basic knowledge, ie. Knowing the difference between relative and absolute link)?.must be able to meet deadlines and be very organized.  No certifications needed.  IBM experience is a plus.

Web Team Lead

Acts as primary client and vendor liaison on ibm.com client projects.  Facilitates meetings with clients and communicates ibm.com Web strategy.  Sets design services deliverables and keeps projects on schedule and within budget.  Collaborates with clients to establish each project's scope, business requirements, and creative vision.  Works with User Experience Design and Site Strategy & Standards teams to develop visual solutions that reflect the client's brand and business objectives that are in compliance with ibm.com standards.  Works with Web Developers and Quality Assurance Specialists teams to deliver top quality technical solutions.  Supports internal initiatives including large-scale cross-client/brand projects and drive to Web campaigns.

Skills
?         3+ years of demonstrated client and team lead experience in Interactive Media
?         Proven success managing large-scale, multi-vendor Web design and development projects
?         Strategic insight, excellent analytical and negotiation skills
?         Effective oral and written communication skills
?         Excellent understanding of information architecture fundamentals
?         Solid understanding of Web technology solutions including content management, databases, distributed publishing, and e-Commerce
?         Extensive knowledge of the Internet and a high proficiency in HTML, SHTML, XHTML, and JavaScript (knowledge of XML, JSP, and JAVA is a plus)
?         Working knowledge of graphics development products
?         Strong attention to detail, flexibility, organization, decision making, and self-motivation
?         Ability to work independently without supervision
