Web Development Manager
The Web Development Manager will supervise the Web Development team?s contribution to technology projects creating new web properties and applications, as well as providing oversight and work process standards to external developers as they work in the company's web environment.
Will develop and implement appropriate industry standard web development methodologies and strategies such as work estimation, SDLC, architectural standards, enhancement processes and quality measurements, ensuring effective delivery of new web functionality and products.
Will also manage R&D efforts for the purpose of evaluating new technologies in the web development and functionality space to keep web properties up-to-date and relevant.
Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information, Business Administration or equivalent experience or education
5+ years of enterprise application development experience that may include software development and design, professional services consulting and/or program management
3+ years experience managing web development teams
JAVA/J2EE experience required. ATG experience preferred
