Web Graphics Designer

As a Web Graphics Designer, you will be part of the Development team and will help to create the graphics and look and feel of all applications within the Lenders First Choice Development Group. You will work closely with product owners, technical leaders, architects, quality assurance and documentation to design and help to create necessary graphics and images for applications.

Responsibilities

? Produce original website designs and user interfaces that conform to corporate branding guidelines to meet documented business requirements.

Execute web production tasks and projects through completion

? Propose solutions for site navigation design and visual execution to user interface specifications

? Identify issues regarding site conformance to brand guidelines and interface consistency and propose creative design solutions to those issues

? Translate business requirements and objectives into superior Web designs, interface development, interactive content & presentation development

? Partners with Development, Sales, Support organizations to build exceptional Web-based business solutions

? Collaborates with Information Systems & Technology staff to deploy and maintain technology solutions

? Provide detailed status of ongoing activities and projects and meeting deadlines is critical to the success of this position

? Manage production processes

? Create marketing graphics and/or presentation graphics as required

Requirements

? Technical School, B.A. degree or significant design experience

? Minimum of 3 years work related experience in managing corporate Web design and production activities

? Thorough understanding of Web design including graphics, color, typography, photography, layout and illustration

? Use of multimedia tools such as Flash ; QuickTime ; HTML tools; Dreamweaver MX; Photoshop; Illustrator; and Image Ready

? In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, FTP and site administration/reporting tools

? Experience utilizing an online, enterprise or paper-based workflow system

? Process-oriented, and ability to handle multiple priorities

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
