Amazon's small business innovations team is looking for creative hands on web developer/designer to help us take the small business e-commerce services platform to the next level. Build e-commerce websites for our customers using next generation product offering for small businesses. You will be part of small/focused program team dedicated to design web stores with quick turn around using web store by Amazon platform and toolset. Additionally you will create themes bundles that will be used by customers as templates in building their e-commerce websites. You will have the opportunity to apply your creativity in truly making difference for diverse set of customers as well as devise features and ideas for our next generation content management platform. Candidates must have at least 3 years of industry Web design experience (Please provide URLS for websites you have worked on) Expert in HTML/CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver Hands on knowledge of Java Script/DHTML, developing AJAX Ingenuity and acute sense of understanding customer experience is a must Graphic design or HCI degree preferred, 4-year college degree required. Knowledge of XSLT/XML is a big plus and professional experience in server side scripting is useful.
