We are seeking applicants for a Worldwide Support Application Analyst. This position is responsible for addressing support calls of complex nature regarding software configuration, application design and bug fixes. Accountable for ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex support calls regarding application design and bug fixes. Requires the ability to debug and modify applications written by other analysts. Will provide modified and tested applications to customers for customization related issues.

 

This position requires a high skill level with SQL and Oracle databases, including troubleshooting and writing stored procedures, triggers and scripts.

 

An understanding of the RF hardware, configuration and system setups will also be required. This position requires interfacing with project leaders, product developers, and implementers on support type issues and in the research of problems. Industry knowledge will be important to understand lingo and significance of problems. This position is required to provide on call support and backup assistance for 24/7 support.

 

Qualified candidates will have:

- Industry knowledge

- Strong skills with SQL Server, Oracle, Crystal Reports, databases and programming

- In-depth experience using HighJump development tools such as Architect and Page Editor

- Strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task

- Strong analytical, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
