Qualifications :
* Maintain and continue to innovate the overall design and usability. * Identify and implement best practices for improving navigation throughout the site and converting visitors to inbound leads * Create compelling banner ads, landing pages and other creative deliverables for online and print marketing campaigns * Design corporate marketing collateral as needed What are the requirements: * Strong mastery of XHTML and CSS * Web programming experience with PHP, MySQL and Javascript/AJAX * Exceptional design, layout and production skills with an emphasis on creative designs and innovative interfaces * Strong written and verbal communication skills * 4-year degree; design and technical majors a plus * 3 or more years of web design experience
