Responsibilities will include reviewing user requirements, generating system requirements, coding, testing & deploying functionality in a production environment. Must be self starter and work well under minimal supervision.

Minimum Qualifications:

4-6 years of strong experience with development languages client and server side development.

4-6 years of experience with development/scripting languages such as Visual Basic, HTML, DHTML, ASP, XML, Java script.

2-4 years of experience with Java, EJB and JSP development.

4-6 years of relational databases, such as Oracle or SQL Server.

2-4 years of experience in the Telecom industry working with Voice and Data networking equipment.

Experience with OSS and Network Management & Activation tools such as MetaSolv ASAP, Telcordia or Syndesys a plus.

Experience in Provisioning, Configuration, Order fulfillment, Workflow and reporting in the Telecommunication field is a plus.

Experience in web application life-cycle development with hands-on coding using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, XML, Visual Studio.NET is a plus.

B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent a must.
