:: Description:
The position, based in San Francisco, CA, will be responsible for marketing strategy and campaigns to increase the sales and market success of the Service & Support product line.

:: Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver, and drive the overall positioning and messaging for salesforce.com's product portfolio. This means identifying key differentiators, developing positioning, and then driving this through all outbound sales and marketing channels, including launch events, training, web, press release, emails, events, partners, etc.
- Become the customer advocate and provide input on field and market requirements for future generations of the solution.

:: Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 4 years experience in product marketing of service & support applications and/or infrastructure

- MBA degree from top tier school strongly preferred
- Detailed knowledge of CRM applications, market, & competition
- Strong creativity and innovation of positioning, messaging, differentiation, and go-to-market plans
- World-class content creation and communication -- speaking, writing, and Powerpoint
- Excellent team leader and builder
- Must be a self starter that is comfortable working in a start-up paced software company
