Large base salary plus equitable commission structure, car allowance and full benefit package.  Search for aggressive dollar oriented individual who understand that sales are volume oriented.  Searching for individuals who are self motivated and directed and don?t need  supervision.  This is the perfect job for the person looking for a non-technical sales position.  Very large local construction manufacturer and million dollar distributorship; leader in the industry selling top shelf products is in need of high end, experienced, independent thinking sales reps. Several positions exists in Northern Virginia, Montgomery County and Baltimore County due to business expansion plans and healthy building supply industry. Work out of your home 4 days per week, one day in our office.  Existing base and leads provided but most of your business will come from your efforts to hunt down business by calling on building general contractors, building architects etc. Requires excellent listening and communication skills, a team player attitude and a strong desire to capitalize in the very hot construction market. If sales is in your blood and you know how to make educated presentations and understand the closing process then you should not ignore this advertisement. First year yearly income could easily go to $100K, second year much more after base of clients is established. You will not be selling copy machines, long distance service or closet organizers.  You?ll be supported 100% by a cash rich company and report to a sales manager who can sell and is not afraid to come out from behind the desk and hit the street with you. You?ll be put on a large base salary the first year and trained until you say stop.  The turnover rate at this company is less then 10%.
