We are currently seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Account Management Group located in Norwich, NY.

ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER - Norwich, NY

Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of Senior Project Management, responsible for the management of individual multidiscipline projects up to, occasionally in excess of, $500,000
Document and gain initial alignment from the appropriate team leader to newly requested projects
Daily interaction with clients, client representatives, and service providers
Management of project related scope, schedule, and budget issues
Ensure that projects are delivered in adherence to contractual obligations, such as Project Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Develop experience and competence in all phases of Corporate Real Estate Project Management activities including, but not limited to, program development, budgeting, planning & design, project milestone scheduling, services contracting of multidisciplinary project teams, conflict resolution, project implementation oversight and project closure

Requirements:
Some formal education or two years experience in a related field
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
