Accounts Coordinator

Position Overview:

Responsible for coding, matching, and filing invoices. Inputs invoices into computer system to prepare for payment. May also cut checks for payment.

Duties will Include: Matches, batches, codes and enters invoices. Researches and resolves accounts payable issues with customers or vendors. Updates and reconciles sub-ledger to the general ledger. Maintains cash applications, account reconciliations and charge backs. Enters data into accounting systems and spreadsheets. Assists with the preparation of internal audit packages. Assists with special projects as assigned.

Candidates Will Need to Meet the Following Qualifications: Minimum 2 years accounting experience preferred, including Accounts Payable. Knowledge of preliminary lien law preferred. Accurate 10 key skills & data entry skills. Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel. JDE experience preferred. High school diploma required.
