Administrative Coordinator

Guardian Installed Services (GIS) is a division of Guardian Building Products located in Greenville, SC.  GIS installs various building materials into new residential homes including insulation, garage doors, mirrors and shelving.  The Administrative Coordinator for this location will be responsible for assisting the Location Manager in the following:

 
Assist in the daily operation and administrative work for the branch location
Invoicing and billing of customers
Payroll and other Human Resources functions
Inventory control including audits and ordering
Assist the crews by loading daily material for job sites
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the Safety Programs
Answer phones and assist customers

 

Requirements:
Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Office products.  Training will be conducted on Industry specific computer systems
Must be well organized and able to multi-task
Must be a self-starter and require little supervision
