Aggregate Managers/Foreman

A large Waco, Texas-based leader in construction materials and civil contracting services is currently conducting a search for Aggregate Plant Managers and Foremen to join our team. The ideal candidate will be results driven and possess extensive experience and knowledge of the aggregates industry. Must be highly motivated and possess a strong desire to achieve excellence. This position will report to the Division Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:Employee management ? Responsible for supervising up to 20 peopleMaintain adherence to corporate and MSHA safety policies and regulationsDaily management of plant and site operationsOutside contractor supervisionSet-up and implementation of aggregate plantsEquipment maintenance

Qualifications:Extensive experience in the construction aggregate industryKnowledge of state specifications a plusExperience with crushing and screening equipmentExperience with sand and gravel washing equipment Familiarity with heavy mobile equipmentKnowledge of pit design and drilling and blasting

Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong leadership skillsStrong communication skillsDedication to safe working environmentsExperience with Microsoft Office products
