Customer Satisfaction
' Guarantee quality homes and neighborhoods; Ensure inline inspections
' Enforce COR, OSHA and EPA standards
' Ensure points of contact with the buyer; Manage customer expectations
' Resolve customer challenges at the community level
' Provide timely customer service after closing
' Deliver homes on time and error free

Manage Neighborhood Schedules
' Drive the neighborhood schedule as it pertains to starts and closings
' Foster collaboration with internal customers; Track land development schedules; Adjust to material shortages, labor supply, trade-partner capacity and retention

Manage costs
' Control VPO (Variance Purchase Order report)
' Create and manage general construction budget
' Assist in value engineering
' Promote OFI (opportunity for improvement)
' Manage overhead as it pertains to manning needs

' Work with Division Recruiter to identify and hire top candidates for Construction positions
' Develop employees through mentoring and training programs
