Area Operation Manager

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1.  Oversee the Management of 5 Asphalt Plants, 2 Sand Plants, and 2 Stone Depots.

2.  Supervise 6-8 direct reports, including Plant Managers and Operators.

3.  Offer guidance and support on every day operations.

4.  Responsible for maintenance planning, long-term and short-term production and capacity planning, and the levels of inventory on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

5.  Responsible for the capital expenditure projects, budgeting and direct profit and loss.

6.  Ensure a safe work environment by overseeing compliance with all safety policies.

7.  Supervise workers' activities by analyzing and resolving work problems or assists workers in resolving problems appropriately or in conjunction with Human Resources.

8.  Other duties as assigned.
