Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer

I am representing a Top 75 ENR ranked CM/CM At Risk Commercial Construction firm based in New Jersey but is recognized nationally as well as internationally.

 

Their projects range from $5 Million to $300 Million, mostly new construction (general commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical and higher education).  Most of their projects are commutable from Newark to Trenton New Jersey areas, so they would like to find candidates that are in these regions.

 

My  client has strong growth opportunities for the right candidates.  Along with a strong compensation program, they are one of the few firms that I work with that has their healthcare and 401K benefits start on the first day of employment.

 

The ?right? candidate should have a minimum of 4 years experience in commercial construction with GC/CM firms.  Projects involved with start at $4 Million to $5 Million and up.  Heavy experience with Document Controls on the job site (RFI?s, Submittals, Change Orders), direct experience with Scope of Work and Shop Drawings.  Big plus is a Technical College Degree in  Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
