Company Profiles:
This company builds high end commercial and corporate office buildings. Projects are both single story & multi-story constructed of wood, steel and cast-in-place frame construction. Projects are located in the metro Atlanta area and range in size to $20MM. These jobs are fast paced, owner friendly and have high learning potential.

 

Experience Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have the following qualifications:

- 2+ years of GC construction experience as either a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager.

- commercial office experience is a plus

- Work hard, make your own dream attitude

- Knows how to work independently and does not require a lot of supervision

- Willing to work assignments that are both office based and field based

- excellent personal client and team building skills
- stable employment background (no job hoppers)

- experience with project management software like Suretrac, Prolog, Expedition, etc

- Willingness to work in team environment
