Branch Manager, Landscape

Southern Botanical Inc., a 10 year old landscape construction and maintenance company in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Branch Manager.  The person in this new management position will help the company grow to the next level.  This is a ground floor opportunity for the right person to join a young and vibrant organization.

The Branch Manager will lead and develop employees into productive teams who will deliver amazing services to our clients.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesHires, trains, supervises, and regularly evaluates employee performance. Manages the financial, materials, operations, sales and quality control function of the branch Participates in vendor and contract negotiations and builds and maintains these relationships Reports branch performance and achievement regularly to CEO

Qualifications5 or more years of leadership experience in a construction, landscape, or service company that was customer focused Demonstrated ability to coach and develop people to help them attain new performance goals Had "profit and loss" responsibilities for a division or company Places high priority on quality work and goal achievement Able to plan, organize and establish priorities to achieve goals Outstanding operational and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prefer degree in horticulture, business or related areas

Compensation

Base salary range from $60K to $70K with bonus based on performance

Willing to reward above market for outstanding individuals
