Business Developer Location: Denver, CO A top general contractor/design build company in Colorado is searching for a Business Developer to lead their development team. This person will be responsible for cost analysis, material pricing and background research for new business. This company boasts an open door policy and a "family-feel" atmosphere.

The right candidate will have a personality that interacts well with clients and be responsible for client development and building relationships. Typical projects for this reputable company include retail, education office space, medical and industrial to name a few. They have a great reputation as being a top-caliber builder throughout the area and pride themselves on repeat business.If you are a true salesman at heart, this is the position for you!
