CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

FOREMEN needed for mid size mechanical contractor company. The successful candidate will possess experience in construction or industrial maintenance related environment. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of management experience a construction or industrial related environment with some experience in welding and pipe fitting.

 

Primary Responsibilities:Managing all functions within his team member group. Overseeing the recruitment and hiring of people. Ensuring timely completion of jobs. Strengthening relationships with customers. Overseeing the team members to make sure that jobs are completed on a timely basis, to the satisfaction of the customer. Working with the customer to resolve all issues

 

Minimum Qualifications Required:3+ years of  management experience,preferably in a construction environment or industrial. welding a pluspipe fitting a plusProject management skills required Multi-functional and management experience preferred ? Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail
