CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR/SUPERINTENDENT (Best Commericial GC in S. Florida)

Roepnack Corporation is a commercial general contractor based in Pompano Beach, Florida, serving clients in the retail, automotive, hospitality, institutional and educational markets. The majority of our projects are negotiated with Design Build and Construction Management contracts. Project size varies from small $100,000 CM projects for Universities to $25,000,000 negotiated projects. Most projects range from $3,000,000 to $10,000,000 and are completed in 12 months or less.

 

Due to exceptional growth, we are looking for experienced Project Managers/Estimators and Superintendents to join our team.

 

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years experience managing commercial construction projects and will possess a thorough understanding of the construction process from preconstruction through turn over of final documents to the owner. A basic knowledge of all trades is helpful. Candidates will also act as a liaison between owners, architects and subcontractors. Candidates must also possess excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills and must understand plans and specifications and will be deadline-oriented and responsible.
