We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Public Institutions Group located in Washington DC. The Public Institution Group provides real estate services to local, state and Federal governments and organizations, colleges and universities and non-profit organizations.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER - Washington DC

Responsibilities:
Represent Jones Lang LaSalle's clients during tenant build-outs across the country
Create and review of construction schedules
Review space layouts
Review construction drawings
Negotiate tenant build-out price proposals
Attend construction meetings and providing updates to the client
Pre- and post-occupancy inspections
Manage third party resources

Requirements:
B.A./B.S. degree and be a registered architect
Minimum of 5 years experience performing construction inspections services
Ability to travel and manage multiple projects
Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
Strong organizational skills
Working knowledge of GSA leasing procedures, federal lease acquisition regulations and applicable policies is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
