Extraordinary career opportunity has just become available for a highly qualified Commercial Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to join a highly respected national general contractor in the Rocky Mountain Front Range area around Denver ? an established and methodical company that is founded on honesty, integrity and industry focus.  

 

About the Position

 

In this key role you?ll be working in an environment where you can fully develop your skills, talents, knowledge and goals while running challenging multi-million dollar commercial construction projects throughout the Front Range of Colorado, primarily from Denver to Fort Collins.  There is no overnight travel required, only local travel in the general area, primarily North Denver to Ft. Collins. 

 

As Commercial Construction Superintendent, you?ll help maintain the company?s growth and reputation by managing the full life cycle of large construction projects - from start to completion ? keeping projects on time and within budget, while building client and sub-contractor relationships and satisfying the needs of clients.

 

Your initial project responsibility from day one will be on the Colorado team with full responsibility for a $20M dollar multi-family 5 1/2 story mixed retail/commercial/residential project. This project features 200 apartment units.

 

Qualifications

 

We are seeking you if you are a highly experienced construction professional and leader who has excellent communication and presentation skills.  You must have Multi-family experience and have built a $15M+ project of this type in the past.

 

You will need a broad knowledge of the Construction process including at least 7-10 years experience and have exceptional time management skills, superior scheduling skills, be motivated and driven, with high integrity and a strong work ethic.  You must be able to quickly gain the respect of everyone onsite.

 

Compensation

 

This is a key role and as such comes with an extremely competitive compensation package including a starting base salary ranging from $85,000 ? $110,000, based on your experience, qualifications and potential.  Additional compensation includes excellent bonus potential with full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K with a lucrative employer match as well, all with an exciting and challenging work environment.
