Candidate Qualifications:
Our Client is looking for a Superintendent with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Ground Up, Tenant Improvement and Commercial Construction. Must be able to handle a variety of fast paced projects and work closely with project support staff. Our Client is looking for an articulate professional who has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have a stable work history with no more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years. Local Arizona experience is preferred. A Construction related degree is required.
