Concrete Foremen/Superintendent

Concrete Foreman/Superintendent.

Big box structures and flatwork experience required.

Commercial concrete contractor is seeking a qualified foreman/superintendent to responsibly run and manage big box structures and other projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications for this position are as follows:Must have proven experience in completing projects in a timely manner and within budget. Must be able to read plans without hesitation and know how to read and follow all job specifications outlined in the project spec book. Must have experience in running up to a 15 man crew. Must have employee management skills including hiring, placement, employee dispute resolution, termination and disciplinary procedures. Must know how to calculate concrete quantities and order materials. Must complete all required paperwork and submit to office on a daily basis. Must know all aspects of layout, elevations, rebar placement and embed placement. Must have experience in 50,000 sf floor pours and providing a product that meets requirements. Must be experienced in tailgate safety meetings and follow OSHA guidelines.
