Construction Contracts Administrator

Our client is a growing, well-established and successful real estate developer/builder in Orange County.  They have asked for our assistance in identifying an experienced Contract Administrator whose background includes administrative support of construction executives.

The duties of the position include contract review, change order processing, insurance issues, job start duties, and preparation and tracking of preliminary notices and liens.  The position also has administrative duties such as typing, filing, and supporting the company's top executive.

The successful candidate must have 3+ years of contract administration experience in a Construction environment.  Must also have strong organizational skills, must be detailed-oriented and have excellent communication skills.  Proficiency in accounting systems, accurate typing skills, and strong MS Office skills are also required.
