About the Opportunity
As an Estimator / Project Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to take a project from the estimate to completion and on to Owner turnover. This position thrives on a person's ability to provide detailed estimates with the use of very advanced construction estimating software, as well as the ability to work directly with the Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.



The ideal candidate must have 3 or more years estimator / project management construction experience in commercial project management. A bachelor's degree is desired but not required, preferably on construction management or an engineering related field.



The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, be extremely organized, and have supervisory and problem solving skills. Ideally, the candidate would need to be able to manage 2-4 projects simultaneously. Candidate shall be computer literate with exceptional capability in Word/ Excel applications.
