Construction Estimator/Project Manager/Superintendent

AFCO is based in Boca Raton, FL and primarily works in the tri-county area (Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach). AFCO has bid and done work in other areas including but not limited to jobs in Daytona, Jacksonville, Key Largo, Key West, New Orleans, and Tampa.

Job Description:
AFCO is looking for Estimators, Project Managers and Superintendents with 15+ years experience in commercial and public works construction projects with a general contractor and/or construction manager. Experience working in the airport environment is a plus.

Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Primavera Project Planner and Expedition is highly recommended. Knowledge of Auto CAD is a plus.

Individuals who have knowledge and experience in self performing concrete and earthwork with their own crews are a plus.
