Construction Executives & Project Managers Federal Construction (Ft. Riley KS).  Multiple openings nationwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibility of these on-site Construction Executives is to oversee federal projects from bid preparation through final acceptance by client. 

? Support the business development efforts.

? Lead the preconstruction services effort for multiple projects.

? Support multiple projects and their onsite teams as project executive.

? Plan, organize, staff, and oversee project performance including establishing project objectives.
? Initiate and maintain liaison with customers.
? Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site staff.
? Maintain project budgets and costs, and manage all aspects of contracts.
? Conduct performance reviews of project managers, project engineers and appropriate team members as required.
? Perform risk management duties.

PROJECT LOCATIONS: Our Construction Executive positions are located at the construction sites. 

 

CONSTRUCTION EXECUTIVE QUALIFICATIONS: Position requires a 4 year engineering degree or equivalent experience.  Must have been the top on-site project leader on at least one Federal construction project with a value over $100,000,000 or three Federal construction projects over $40,000,000.  Experience in federal construction is required.  (Please note your federal construction experience in detail when submitting your resume.)  Our Construction Executives must be self-starters, independent workers, computer literate, with preferred knowledge of and proficiency with Primavera and Expedition software.

 

PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS: Position requires a 4 year engineering degree or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 5+ years experience as a project manager in commercial construction (not including residential or multifamily construction).  Experience in federal construction is preferred. (Please note your federal construction experience in detail when submitting your resume.)  Our Project Managers must be self-starters, independent workers, computer literate, with preferred knowledge of and proficiency with Primavera and Expedition software.
