Construction Field Superintendent

Established residential and commercial remodeling company needs experienced field superintendent. Remodeling will include insurance damage repairs and all types of remodeling to single, multi family and commercial structures.Person should be physically capable of climbing roofs and able to check job sites in all stages of construction. Work will include and not be limited to the following:

  MAJOR MISSION: Effectively organize and manage subcontract, material, and equipment to optimize the use of each.

  Duties: 1. Interact with the operations manager to provide for an orderly job progress.

2. Have an open dialog with the customer to insure there are no unresolved issues.

 3.  Insure workmanship meets our high quality standards and  is completed on budget and schedule.

 4.  Proper storage of materials and equipment.

 5.Insure job safety and informing the office of any safety issues that need attention.

 6.  Conduct initial visit with customer to verify materials and make quantity take offs for ordering.

 7.  Conduct punch out inspection with the customer and obtain final sign off when work is complete.

 8.  Supervision ofemergency repairs of fire, water, storm or other damages.
