Construction Lead Carpenter:

 

This is a HANDS ON position requiring excellent residential building and remodeling skills.  Position is located in South Orange County.  The successful candidate will perform all phases of residential addition and remodeling construction to all applicable Building Codes and company Standard Operating Procedures.  Candidate will also be responsible for managing the work schedule and all subcontractors.  Must be highly organized, energetic, and detail orientated.  Using both the work schedule and blue prints, must correctly and professionally build and reconstruct concrete forming & pouring, windows, doors, framing (including roofs), electrical, insulation, drywall, plumbing, and finish wood work.  Company truck will be provided.  Must have current auto insurance, and be able to excel in a team environment.  Clean DMV required. EOE & Drug-Free workplace.
