Entry Level Cost Analyst

 



Position Responsibilities - General

Provide detailed financial support to the Projects group for contract execution.

 

 



Position Responsibilities - Specific

% Weighting

1.  Cost tracking (Costpoint) and Financial analysis (Excel) assistance for all projects.

  2.  Project controlling and cost reporting to Project Manager/Finance.

  3.  Project budgeting in conjunction with the Project Manager(s).

  4.  Support of all Project Managers for Monthly Reports.

  5.  Procurement and purchasing financial oversight.

  6.  Contract payment schedules and cash flow impact.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Position Requirements

Must posses or be capable of attainging knowledge of Babcock Borsig Power's products and services.  Be well organized and meticulous in record keeping, especially as it relates to project costs, revenues, etc.  Excellent communication skills required for effective internal (support functions, legal, finance, etc.).  Must be proficient in use of Excel spreadsheets.
