? Permitting

? Product & finish selection

? Project budget management

? Coordinate in house painting / carpentry requests

? Coordinate vendor / contractor activities

? Space planning and documentation

? Safety & infection control compliance

? Standards development

Requirements:
B.S. / B.A. in Engineering, Construction or related field (Experience may be considered in lieu of education)
10 years project management experience in commercial construction / remodeling. Hospital experience preferred
5 plus years supervisor experience
Knowledge of hospital plant and utility systems
Knowledge of technology based design
Knowledge of state / local codes & permitting process
Functional and technical skills with various software (Word, Excel, Project, ACAD)
Proven track record managing diverse relationships
Commitment to the mission, vision and values of Swedish Medical Center
