Construction Project Coordinator

Westgate Resorts, the world's largest privately held timeshare company, is currently seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our Real Estate & Development team. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

 Oversee and direct construction management for small projects. Communicate directly with contractors/designers concerning project cost, staffing and scheduling. Prepare project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications. Lead and directs the work of others.

 

Qualifications In depth knowledge in the field of construction, design, interior design, FF&E and related areas of the project. Past exp. in the running of all aspects of a project, field and management including the supervision of the work of others. Proven exp. in project management encompassing all aspects involved in single or multiple projects ranging from $1,000 - $2,000,000.  Strong job history in the homebuilding/or commercial industry, excellent references and clean driving record. Excellent computer skills a plus. 

 

Education/ExperienceAssociate's Degree (A. A.) or equiv. from a 2-year college or technical school; and/or a minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equiv. combination of education and experience. Must currently posses the equiv. of a State Certification in the field of construction, A, B or C level.
