You will take charge of purchasing project materials, scheduling special fabrications, guiding and directing fellow project employees, coordinate job functions with clients, and prepare monthly billings.

Qualifications

Capable of producing detailed, comprehensive documentation.

Expert problem-solver. Sorts through complex issues and conducts comparative analysis of multiple solutions.

Successfully manages people to achieve performance goals. Excellent people management skills including resolving conflict, coaching and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management.

Strong project management background. Proven track record of delivering on large scale projects. Experience overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, resource allocation, and budget.

Experience relaying sensitive information to appropriate parties. Keeps clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports updated based on their information needs.

Promotes team spirit and works collaboratively to achieve team goals.

Self-starter. Assertively takes on challenging responsibilities and holds self ultimately accountable for results and performance.

Senior management experience. Skills include strategic planning, influencing others, and supporting organizational change.

Takes initiative and pursues opportunities. Jump starts initiatives and sets the pace for the organization.

Excellent multi-tasking skills. Prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.

Five years minimum experience as project manager.
