Top Ranking ENR 400 General Contractor seeking a Project Manager with experience in the commercial or healthcare construction marketplace. Their projects range from $5M up to $50M.

 

PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT ENGINEER

The Project Manager will be responsible for the field operations on healthcare projects. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role. The preferred candidate should also have the following background:

? Ability to construct the project in accordance with the plans, specifications, and the best standards of the trade.


? Experience recognizing design or other changes that will enhance the quality of the project, reduce operating and maintain costs, improve the scheduled completion, or decrease construction costs.


? Ability to construct the project in conformance with the established project plan and organize the work for optimum utilization of manpower, equipment, and supplies.

? Ability to successfully build technically challenging projects while maintaining a working relationship with owners, architects, vendors, governing authorities and subcontractors.


? Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

? Assist with conceptual estimating and scheduling, both prior to bid and during design phase.

? Ensure that project closeout is completed promptly.
