Construction Project Manager - Wastewater - Cincinnati

Employer:  This employer is one of the oldest and best-known construction companies in Greater Cincinnati.  It has offices in the tri-state market and it specializes in complex-engineered construction projects. 

Position: Project Manager - Wastewater treatment plants. The PM is responsible for every phase of the project.  PM must be able to communicate at all levels, have estimating and project cost control skills, understand the importance of the documentation flow, read and understand construction contracts, manage subcontractors, write purchase and change orders, develop construction schedules, coordinate staffing requirements,  keep projects on budget and on time to completion, represent the company at project meetings, and, above all, be able to multi-task.

Minimum Requirements:  BS in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 5 years (prefer 7 years) of project experience in wastewater and other large concrete structures. You must have good estimating skills.
