Construction Projects Director - Multiple high end hotel projects

We are a dynamic, entrepreneurial hotel company on a fast growth track, resulting in the need to add an industry leader to our in-house Construction and Development team. Our mission is to create and operate hotels with personality that make guests exuberant and gives employees a rewarding work environment.



This is a fast paced role and we are currently involved with multiple construction, renovation and development projects. Our latest exciting projects involve the construction, development and design of multiple brand new hotels in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina.


Therefore, to manage the construction aspect of the project, we are currently looking for an experienced VP or Projects Director of Construction with a vast experience in hospitality and restaurant construction. They will act as a Owner's Rep and will be involved in development, budgets, due diligence, pre-construction and construction administration.

This unique individual should have:

? A minimum 15 years construction project management experience

? Worked on numerous hospitality projects

? Owners Rep and general contracting experience,

? Managed construction projects of at least $30M.

? New construction and renovation experience,

? Building construction management, strong communication, leadership, and organization skills.

? Have strong business and financial acumen.
