Construction Rep I/Cost

Construction Rep I is a member of the operations team. Entry to the position requires good PC/Microsoft Office skills and good communication skills. The primary function of this position is assisting Superintendents to ensure assigned craft(s) work is planned, estimated, understood and well documented. A successful CRI will need to interface between Craft Supervision, Design Engineers, vendors, subcontractors and other members of the project team. Some of the specific activities include takeoffs, progress measurement, review of designed drawings and specifications, budget and crew rate review and submittal of time sheets for actual costs. Involvement in other duties may he assigned based on project needs.

*Executing processes in estimating, MTO, cost, schedule, and document control functions and systems
*Assisting Superintendent with procurement processes and verification that required materials are available as well as submittal of time sheets for actual costs.
*Coordinate and assist Superintendent with progress measurement system by collection and verification of budgeted and installed quantities from IFC drawings.
*Documentation of all issues, problems and resolutions related to the above functions.
*Assist Project Construction Coordinator and Craft Superintendent in monitoring subcontracts for assigned crafts.

Must have experience in P3 and be willing to relocate. Project is for
Sabine LNG in Port Arthur, TX
