Construction Sales Associate

Fast growing Remodeling Company in search of a superstar salesman. We have the brand name and experience to bring in the leads and need a Salesperson to close them. Clients are mid to high-end clients looking to improve their investment in their homes. Ideal candidate will be well groomed, self starter and have at least 10+ years in construction sales with the ability to close 1M in sales annually. 

 

Job Purpose:

 

Selling remodeling services by screening and closing sales leads, implementing sales plans; may supervise sales staff in future as a Sales Manager.

 

Duties:

* Determines annual sales and gross-profit goals by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.  Report to President on results and corrective actions.

 

* Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new services.

 

* Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

* Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

* Completes sales by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

 

* Writes technical sales proposals and contracts to sell remodeling services

 

* Able to complete accurate estimating utilizing estimating tools and market historical data per project

 

* Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

 

* Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising project results

 

* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Must have:

1 million in annual sales record (proven)
10+ years in Construction related sales
2 year degree
A clean, newer, reliable vehicle
be able to estimate remodeling projects
able to manage tradesman and crews
do cost analysis on projects
follow production schedules
prospect for new leads on own
