Qualifications :
A college degree in engineering or construction management with two years of supervisory experience in construction projects, or a high school education with a minimum of five years experience in construction management or engineering is required. The position requires the ability to read and write English fluently, the ability to accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and the ability to understand and create material and services purchase orders, filing, and perform all department administrative duties. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Must have strong skills in Microsoft project, plan take-offs, project budgets, estimating, contract preparation and negotiations Must have strong computer skills with the capability to learn new programs with minimal support.
