Construction Superintendent & Construction Coordinator

Nationwide restaurant company?is currently looking for an?experience Construction Superintendent and Construction Coordinator for their Corporate office located in the Irvine Spectrum.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Field Superintendent of New Site Construction

Check new sites and verify utility locations and sizes.

Set up and schedule kick off meetings for each corporate site.

Do onsite inspections, review and follow up on schedules with general contractors to maintain turn over dates.

Maintain job site logbook on each location along with pictures to follow progress of job site.

Verify dimensions for dining and patio for seating vendors.

Communicate with construction administrator on timing of seating installation.

Conduct Franchise Building and project inspection when requested.

Oversee Warranty repairs on all new corporate projects.

Submit report weekly on new construction timing /changes/updates on log book.

Special projects as requested by Director

Scope of Work:

Oversee minimum of 10 corporate construction projects per year plus any other projects as directed by Director of Construction.

This position will assist the construction and facilities department with project management, coordinate bid packages for new construction, compile budgets and costs, track contract compliance and assist the legal department with issues pertaining to liens.?

The successful candidate will have

2-5 years construction project experience,

strong organizational skills,

And the ability to work on multiply projects at one time
