Construction Team Manager

The Team Manager will function as a Project Manager, owner's representative and resource for Linbeck by directing and coordinating internal resources through the full project life cycle.

A successful candidate will posess 9-12 years of related experience in both preconstruction and construction activities. The candidate should have a BA/BS or MS in an Architectural/Engineering or Construction Field with advanced degree, MBA or professional registration a plus.

Responsibilities would include handling large multiple projects in a lead role to facilitate team/client interface, capability to fill gaps in input from team, i.e. client development, estimating, scheduling, construction supervision and project management. Candidate must have a working knowledge of legal, insurance and accounting issues, in depth knowledge of Linbeck/Owner agreements and the ability to support contract negotiations. Candidate will have the ability to make a substantial contribution to the development of new clients and maintenance of existing ones as well as the ability to offer creative solutions. Candidate must have excellent communication, problem solving and management skills demonstrated in a similar environment.
