We are an aggressive and challenging specialty contractor performing design/build projects in the rapidly advancing tensile structures field. Summary:

Cultivate and maintain smooth relationships with sales department, customers, including communication and carry out the day to day administration of USA Shade & Fabric Structures Inc. installation contracts.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Review all contracts received by the companyEnsure contracts are complete and accurately executed.Ensure all information and required attachments are received.Liaise with sales department to get missing and other relevant information.Execute bonding and insurance requirements of all contracts.Work with production and construction on job status interdepartmental needs.RFQ, RFB, submittals etc.Project SchedulingProject CommunicationProficient in MS Word, Excel, and Micro Soft Project
